Where to stay?

During the season (may-september), you have the choice between hundreds of hotels, situated all over the island. The wider beaches are at the Playa de Palma, Can Picafort, and Port de Pollenca. We are a mobile kiteschool, and we come to different spots, depending on the wind. However, since we guys live around Palma, we are most of the days at the Playa de Palma, Balneario 14. Our boat-trips start from the Cala Estancia, which is right around the corner.

How is the wind in Mallorca?

The probability for wind in Mallorca:

More than 8 knots: 90%
More than 10 knots: 85%
More than 12 knots: 60%
More than 15 knots: 20%

During the season, we have thermal winds almost every afternoon.

When are you open?

We are open all year, Mallorca is even in winter a nice destination.

Is there a wind guarantee?

As at almost any other sport in the world, we are not able to guarantee you every day wind. In summer we have thermal winds almost every afternoon, but there can be also no wind days. If booked a course, you will get a voucher for the rest of the lesson hours. You (or any other person) can take the residual hours on your (their) next trip to mallorca.

Is there a cheap solution for mobile-calls?

You can buy a spanish sim-card in any mobilephone-shops. A package starts from around 20,- € (sim-card 6,- € + credit).

Do I have a chance to get a course-place in summer?

You can call us, if you are on the island and check availability. In summer, we are very busy, so if you want to have your lessons reserved, we need a 50% payment in advance. Cancelling the course at least 14 days before the course starts, you get your money back.
